I'm Trisha DeHall and I am somewhat of a Fitness & Weight Loss Expert you might say. I am a 5 time National Champion Bodybuilder and have been a Master Certified Personal Trainer since 1999. With a Masters In Nutrition I prefer to educate my clients on the importance of proper nutrition to achieve their weight loss goals rather then the importance of a limited "diet".
Hi I'm Jamie Spottz and I have been helping clients with their fitness and weight loss goals since 1995 and became a Certified Fitness Trainer in 1999. I played Baseball at Ball State and after graduation spent 3 years in Minor League Baseball.
